Teresa created Hastings Coastal Twirlers in 1984 aged just 15 and has dedicated her time, effort, love and commitment to her troupe ever since. With weekly meet ups and a very low affordable fee that aims to include any young girls and boys who would like to be part of a team and together with practice and hard work achieve something spectacular.

Sussex, offers a unique opportunity to be
part of a vibrant and supportive
community. Known for their energetic
performances and strong team spirit, the
troupe provides members with a chance to
develop skills in baton twirling, dance, and
choreography while building confidence
and making lasting friendships. With a
focus on both individual growth and
teamwork, Hastings Coastal Twirlers is
dedicated to nurturing talent in a positive
and fun environment, making it an ideal
choice for anyone looking to engage in a
dynamic and rewarding extracurricular
activity.


Donations and Sponsorship
We are a non-profitable community group, and enable us to go out and perform displays and carnivals we are reliant and sponsorships and donations from local business’s and events we attend alongside our annual sponsored twirl.
In return for many years we make charitable donations of at least half we receive to various charities and organisations – including but not exhaustive to:
Tree of Hope, Hayley Okines, RNLI, Kipling Ward at the Conquest Hospital, Guide Dogs, St.Michaels Hospice, The Oasis Community Project to name but a few.
We have also sponsored Tackleway Youth Football team in the past and are about to sponsor another young local football team – Warriors – More details about this to come!
